There are 3 points to preserve health,sleeping,eating and exercising 

First,sleeping is very important. It is said that the best time to sleep is 10pm from 2 am.
In reality ,23.1% of adult have a problem with sleep. About 14% of them.

Second,eating is also essential . Three meals a day is important. Breakfast is the most important. Because it wakes up the brain and body.

Finally,exercising is also important. Moderate exercise is good for your health.
Specifically,It need to exercise 1hour a day.
 In this way,there are 3  major contents of health.

My Favorite Smartphone App.


Today, I introduce my favorite App.
My favorite app is Instagram. It is photo sharing app. 
And it is popular among young people.
There are some reasons why I like this app.
First, I can get the latest information. For example, When you make travel plan, it help you  decide where to travel. 
Also, We can connect with old friends and overseas friends through uploaded photos. we can communicate with them even if you don't meet directly.
